This talk has three primary aims: (1) To raise awareness of the importance of UX Research in Robot Development and robotics interfaces; (2) to share strategies for acknowledging an user centered design; and (3) to foster a discussion about how UXResearchers and UXDesigners should work together with Developers towards an improved Human-Robot Interaction.
Passionate about how humans conceive and process technology, received her B. F. A. in Visual Design from Caldas University, Colombia.
Studied a M.A. in Audiovisual Communication at Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, Argentina. Received her M.S. in Interaction Science from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea and Business entrepreneur for ROBOID in Japan.
She has published in Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) and Human Computer Interaction International (HCII) conferences in subjects ranging from Robotics Interfaces Design. Embodied agents and Avatar design and Social networking apps for robot operative systems.
